Coaching Experience: I’ve been coaching club and varsity high school volleyball for almost 20 years and have coached at Club Lehigh Power, Liberty Belles Volleyball and DVA as well Marple Newton H.S.
Coaching Philosophy: Respect, positivity and integrity are in my opinion the core principles that are guiding the team. I am all for the players and for the team. Coaching is about the team and the club not about the coach. Everyone has to contribute and this is the way I give back.

When I’m Not Coaching Volleyball… Spend time with family, my wife and my two children. Enjoy hiking and being in nature. Listen to music. For my career I work in real estate and property management.

Something You Probably Don’t Know About Me: I’m from Romania, I grew up in a communist dictatorial regime, and have been in USA for 20 years. I love this country that offered me wonderful opportunities!
