Coaching Philosophy: I stress a focus on excellence and I want my athletes to have a mental focus on what they are doing on the practice court. That way, everything is automatic when it comes to competing during games.
Best Volleyball Moment: Qualifying for nationals with 18 Diamond in 2018 season
My Life in Sports: I played college volleyball at Cabrini as a libero/DS. I began coaching club when I was a freshman in college in 2004 and have been coaching club ever since. I have been with ECPower since the 2014-2015 season and I love the family environment we have here and our emphasis on player development. Along with coaching club, I was the head coach at Chestnut Hill College for 10 seasons. I enjoy coaching club volleyball because of the travel and getting to see how the sport looks in other parts of the country. I also like working with high school-aged players as they really start to get focused on their future in the sport.
When I’m Not Coaching Volleyball: I am staying active with running, lifting, and yoga. I also love spending time with friends and family, especially if it’s getting out to do something fun. I love reading and keep busy with house projects too. I work as a realtor and have been completing my teaching certificate this year to be certified to teach highschool English.
